Dale Richard Ladysh, 63, a 10 year cancer survivor of Panama City Beach, passed away on Wednesday, March 11, 2015. He was born on May 31, 1951 in Cleveland, Ohio and worked as a Chemical Engineer for 32 years at DuPont, retiring in 2005. He was preceded in death by his father, John Alex Ladysh, and is survived by his wife of 31 years, Teresa Ladysh; son, Alex Ladysh and daughter; mother, Harriet "Mickey" Lysack (Gene); two brothers, John R. Ladysh (Jamie) and Glenn Lysack; and one sister, Sandra Hladky (Josh). Funeral services will be held at 4 p.m. on Saturday in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 3 – 4 p.m. Those desiring may make memorial donations to the American Cancer Society, 4001 W 23rd Street, Suite C, Panama City, FL 32405 in memory of Dale Ladysh.
