Cornelia Fern Drake, 90, of Panama City Beach, FL passed away on Tuesday, August 29, 2023. She was born on January 21, 1933 in Huntington, West Virginia to Curtis and Jane Saunders. She is survived by her husband, William David Drake; one daughter, Lisa Gail Black(Roy), and two sons, Stephen David Drake(Rose), and William Scott Drake(Cathy), four grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Friday, September 1, 2023 at 11 am at St. Andrew Baptist Church. Interment will follow in the Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Friday at the church from 10-11 am prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make memorial donations to the Center of Hope at St. Andrew Baptist Church in memory of Cornelia Drake.
