CONSTANCE KATHERINE QUEZADA
Constance Katherine "Kathy" Quezada, 52, of Panama City, passed away on Sunday, April 24, 2011 in a local hospital. She was born October 28, 1958 in Panama City. She was preceded in death by her father, James W. Warren. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Lynn Haven. She is survived by her husband, Patrick Quezada; mother, Margaret Warren; daughter, Mary Ann Harper (David); 2 sons, Christopher Michael Quezada(Laura); William Zachary Quezada (Alysha); brother, James Richard Warren (Melanie) 6 grandchildren, Trevor Harper, Travis Harper, Justin Harper, Lilyan Quezada, Gaberial Quezada and Shawn Martin. Funeral services will be held on Friday at 10 a.m. in the First Baptist Church of Lynn Haven with Rev. Tom Daniel officiating. Interment will follow in the Evergreen Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6-8 p.m. Thursday. Those desiring may make contributions to Covenant Hospice, 107 W. 19th St., Panama City, FL 32405 in memory of Kathy Quezada.
