Connie Elizabeth "Betsy" Wilkes, 48, of Lynn Haven, passed away Monday, September 7, 2009. She was born September 6, 1961 in Augusta, Georgia. She attended Northstar Church. She was preceded in death by her father, Robert B. Wilkes. She is survived by her mother, Kathryn Wilkes; two brothers, Robert B. Wilkes, Jr. and wife Eileen, Rick C. Wilkes and wife, Amy and her sister, Kathy Wilkes Wooddall. A memorial service will be held on Thursday at 2 p.m. in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel. Those desiring may make memorial donations to the Bay County Humane Society, 1600 Bay Avenue, Panama City, FL 32405 in memory of Betsy Wilkes.
