COLLEEN KAY SWARTZ

Colleen Kay Swartz, 48, of Youngstown, Florida, died Sunday, May 28, 2006 at her home. She was born on December 23, 1957. She had been a resident here since 1989 moving from Houston, Texas. She was an avid animal lover, a stay at home mom, and loved taking care of her grandchildren and birds. Mrs. Swartz was preceded in death by her parents, Daniel Porter and Virginia Porter Baggerly, step-father, Billy Jo Baggerly, and sister, Lorra Jane Casanover. She is survived by her husband, Michael Wayne Swartz, Sr., daughter, Lorra Beth Swartz of Youngstown, daughter, Michelle Cathryn Swartz and Steven Floyd of Panama City, son, Michael Wayne Swartz, Jr. and Veronica Mitchell of Southport, daughter, Christi Jo Jensen and Anthony Charles Jensen of Panama City, grandchildren, Sarra Jane Swartz of Youngstown, Cody Tyler Swartz of Youngstown, Mikey Wayne Swartz, III of Southport, Kaleb Preston Swartz of Southport, Matthew Thomas Proffitt of Panama City, sister, Chantel Joi Casanover and her husband Stacy of Texas, brother, Daniel Collins Porter II and his wife Bonnie of Panama City, sister, Debbie Zambrano and her husband Ronnie of Texas, sister-in-law, Becky Swartz of Texas, sister-in-law, Brenda Ermel and husband C.L. of Texas and numerous nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be held Friday at 10 a.m. in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel. A reception honoring Colleen's life will be held immediately following the service on Friday at the residence of Steven and Lynn Kimmel, 1203 North Bay Drive, Lynn Haven. In honor of Colleen, the family requests casual dress.
