Clotield "Tee" Harlander, 86, passed away on Friday, May 26, 2017. She was born on March 28, 1931 in Chipley, FL to Zack and Jeanie Strickland. She worked as a Dietician for the State of Florida. She was a Master Gardner, loved crocheting, baking, decorating cakes, and traveling. She was preceded in death by her parents; two daughters, Jeanette Stone and Peggy Payne; two sisters; and one brother. She is survived by her husband, John P. Harlander; one daughter, Geneva Smith Welch (James); seven grandchildren; five great grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren; one sister, Ann Parker (Tom); and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 10 a.m. in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 9-10 a.m. Tuesday prior to the service.  A private family interment will take place in the Tallahassee National Cemetery, Tallahassee, FL.
