Cleveland Devone "Dee" Seale II, 26, of Panama City, FL passed away on Thursday May 25, 2017. He was born on August 8, 1990 in Opelika, AL to William Devone "Buster" Seale and Kathleen Erin Cotterman. He was currently enrolled as a student in the FAA program at Haney Vocational Center. He served in the United States Army. He was preceded in death by his father; grandfather, Cleveland Devone Seale; grandmother, Dorothy Elizabeth Cotterman. He is survived by, his mother, Kathleen Erin Cotterman; a daughter, Adlynn Seale; one brother, Jacob Aaron Cotterman; grandmother, Jean Seale; grandfather, James L. Cotterman; uncle, William Cranford; aunt, Bonnie Seale. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday May 31, 2017 at 12 noon in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in the Lynn Haven Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday May 30 from 6-8 pm.
