Clara "Tootie" Francis Boes, 88, of Panama City, passed away on Sunday, March 7, 2021.  She was born October 14, 1932 in Memphis, Tennessee.  She was a loving and devoted wife and mother. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 60 years, Robert "Bud" Boes and great grandson, Benjamin Boes.  She is survived by a daughter, Jennifer Glavan (Anthony); son, Jeffery B. Boes; six grandchildren, Joshua Glavan (Cassie), Tiffany Wescovich (Robert), Matthew Boes (Lisa), Jeffery R. Boes (Rebekah), Alix Boes (Ashley), Orion Boes; eleven great grandchildren, Lacie, Desirea, Kylie, Glavan, Brooks, Hannah, Ethan, Dylan, Cole, Asher and Ender. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Wilson Funeral Home.  She will be interred  at Evergreen Memorial Gardens.  The family would like to thank everyone at Covenant Care; and her many friends and neighbors.
