CINDY LOU SLADE
Cindy Lou Slade, 53, of Panama City, passed away Monday, July 11, 2011. She was born November 13, 1957 in Torrance, California. She worked as an Emergency Room Registrar at Gulf Coast Medical Center. She is survived by her two daughters, Stacy Marie Remick, Heidi Michelle Dean and husband, Charles Gregory Dean; mother, Ethel Davis; father, James Earl Slade, Sr. and wife Joyce; four grandchildren, Nathan Michael Remick, Aaron Daniel Remick, Charles Gregory Dean II, James Kelly Dean; her companion, John G. Dean, III; three brothers, James Slade, Jr. (Donna), Wallace Eugene Craddock, Jr, Richard Walch (Teresa); five sisters, Deborah Ann Walch, Tammy Turquist (Eric), Kelly Craddock, Wanda Miskavaige (Pat), Ruth Polk (Dick); and numerous nieces and nephews. A celebration of life service will be held at 6 p.m. on Friday in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 5 - 6 p.m. prior to the service. Those desiring may make memorial donations to the American Cancer Society, 4001 W 23rd Street, Suite C, Panama City, FL 32405 in memory of Cindy Slade.
