CHRISTINE EDDINS COOK
Christine Eddins Cook, 79, of Panama City, passed away Thursday, August 13, 2009. She was born December 8, 1929 in Panama City to Rueben and Willie Mae (Ma Bill) Eddins. She and her sister were the first set of twins born in Bay County. She was a 1949 graduate of Bay High School and was a member of Hiland Park Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charlie Sparks Cook, Sr., son, Bobby Joe Cook and 2 brothers, Billy Eddins and Charlie Eddins. She is survived by her five children, Charlie Sparks Cook, Jr. and wife Cheri, Cheryl Ann McCallister and husband Danny, Lynn Williams, Jeff Cook, Randy Cook; four grandchildren, Jesse Williams, Jacob Williams, Morgan Robinson, Rachael Robinson; twin sister, Christell Lantz and husband Marsh; brother, Jack Eddins and wife Bertha and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Monday at 2 p.m. in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Bill Eddins officiating. Interment will follow at Greenwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday from 3 – 5 p.m.
