Cheryl Lynn Bell, 81, of Chipley, FL passed away on Monday, November 3, 2025. She was born on August 1, 1944 in Whiteville, North Carolina. She worked in the production department for American Classified and the Panama City News Herald. Cheryl was an active member of the First Baptist Church of Lynn Haven where she was very involved in the Good News Club with the Lynn Haven Elementary School. She loved and was very involved with her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Rickard Stone and Marguerite Bornaman; her husband, George E. Bell and one brother, Jerome Stone. She is survived by her two children, Rose Tate (Chuck), Charles Samuel Bell; four grandchildren, Dalton Bell, Lane Kyser, Trenten Kyser, Randy Tate (Mandy); two great grandchildren, Hayden Bell and Sawyer Tate. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, November 6, 2025 at 10 am at the First Baptist Church of Lynn Haven with Pastor Trent Gann and Pastor Grady Booth officiating. The family will receive friends at the church on Thursday from 9-10 am prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make memorial donations to Emerald Coast Hospice of Washington County in memory of Cheryl Bell.
