CHARLES ERBY THOMAS
1933 – 2009
Charles Erby Thomas, 76, of Panama City Beach, passed away Monday, December 21, 2009 at Community Health and Rehabilitation Center. He was born March 14, 1933 in Mobile, AL. He had been a resident of Panama City Beach since 1998 moving here from Chicago, IL. He was a member of St. Bernadette Catholic Church and the Amvets Post 47. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Cheryl Lynn Thomas Childers. He is survived by his wife, Nancy Louise Thomas; 2 children, Charles David Thomas and wife, Rosa; Tamara Joan Jackson and husband, Anthony; 3 grandsons, David Thomas, Jordan Jackson and Robert Jackson. A memorial service will be announced at a later date. The family would like to thank Sara with Covenant Hospice and the nursing staff at Community Health and Rehabilitation Center for their excellent care. Those desiring may make contributions to Covenant Hospice, 107 W. 19th St., Panama City, FL 32405 in memory of Charles Thomas.
