Charles Sidney Stokes, Jr., 62, of Southport, passed away on Monday, April 15, 2024.  He was born on October 10, 1961 in Little Rock, Arkansas.  He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Sidney Stokes, Sr; one brother, Michael David Smith; and two sisters, Karen Whitener and Jackie Stokes.  He is survived by his mother, Thelma Lee Stokes; one brother, Gary Breeding (Debbie); two sisters, Sheila Branch (Gene), Katherine Rogers (Joseph); and numerous extended family.  A private family memorial service will be held at a later date.
