Charles Skipper (Skip or Charlie), 76, of Panama City, FL passed away on February 8, 2020. He was a life-long resident of Panama City. He started his business Skipper Auto Parts in 1973. His favorite past time was racing. He raced for many years and was known with the purple and silver number #57 race car. He enjoyed helping his friends with their automotive or racing needs. He was preceded in death by his wife, Marilyn Skipper. He is survived by two children, son, Charles Skipper Jr., daughter, Tiffany Skipper; along with a brother, Eddie Skipper; a sister, Donna Chambers and numerous family friends. Graveside services will be held on Friday, February 14, 2020 at 11:30 am at Evergreen Memorial Gardens.
