Charles Robert Miller, 77, of Santa Rosa Beach, FL passed away on Sunday November 26, 2017. He was born on October 10, 1940 in Hamilton, Missouri to Stephen and Lela Miller. He worked as a Steel worker for Bethlehem Steel in Baltimore for 36 years. He served in the United States Marine Corp. He was preceded in death by his sisters, Vivian Roadarmal, Lela Durham, Anna Maude Miller and a brother, John William Miller.  He is survived by his wife, Gloria DeGraw Miller; daughter, Denise Ann Miller (Lenore Stephens); son, Craig Robert Miller; four sisters, Lorene Deckelman, Mary Schultz, Addie Mae Strom, Katherine Wilson; brother, Stephen Donald Miller and numerous nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held on Thursday at 1 p.m. in the Barrancas National Cemetery, Pensacola, FL.  In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorial contributions be made to Alaqua Animal Refuge, 914 Whitfield Road, Freeport, FL 32439 or to Habitat for Humanity, 110 S County Highway 393, Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32459.
