CHARLES GREGORY HIBLER

Charles Gregory Hibler, 57, of Panama City Beach, died September 25, 2006 in his home. He was a retired Helicopter Pilot for the United States Army, serving during the Vietnam War and Desert Storm. He retired from the Army after 31 years of service. He had been a resident of Panama City Beach since 1997, moving here from Fort Rucker, Alabama. He was a member of St. Bernadette Catholic Church. He was preceded in death by two sons, Charles Christopher Hibler and Edward Michael Hibler. He is survived by his wife, Debra Hibler of Panama City Beach, brother, Arthur D. Hibler and wife Sharon, two nephews, Tony Hibler and Matt Hibler, all of Brookfield, Connecticut. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 10:30 a.m. at the St. Bernadette Catholic Church with Father Ted Sosnowski officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday from 5 to 6:30 p.m. with a rosary service at 6:30 p.m. Graveside services will be held at Riverview Memorial Gardens, Spring Lake, North Carolina. Those desiring to may make a contribution to Covenant Hospice, 107 West 19th Street, Panama City, Florida 32405 in memory Charles Gregory Hibler.
