CELIA EDWARDS
Celia Edwards, 75, of Panama City, Fla., was promoted to Heaven on Thursday, January 2, 2014. Celia was born in New York on February 8, 1938, to the late Teddy and Sandra Faoutas. She had a sparkling smile and brought sunshine into everyone's life. She was an animal lover from the word go and spent many of her days caring for abandoned pets. She is survived by her beloved husband of 31 years, Ronald C. Edwards; her sister, Olivia and her husband Paul Hillman; her brother, Andrew Faoutas (Betty Flowers); sons, Randy Yates and his wife Freeda and Ricky Yates and his wife Lisa; stepdaughters, Pat Rinehardt and Mary Edwards; and three loving grandchildren.
A Celebration of Celia's life will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Sunday, January 5 at Evergreen Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations may be made to the Humane Society of Bay County, P.O. Box 883, Panama City, FL 32402 or to the Community Health and Rehabilitation Center Activities Department, 3611 Transmitter Road, Panama City, FL 32404 in memory of Celia Edwards.
The family would like to thank the staff of Community Health and Rehabilitation Center for all of their love and support during Celia's illness.
