Celeste Shelton, 69, of Southport, FL passed away on Monday, June 27, 2022. She was born on June 24, 1953 in Norwich, Connecticut. She worked as a Phlebotomist at Flagler Hospital. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Shelton; her daughter, Tanya Shuman; her parents, Leonce and Frances Elie; two brothers, Lawrence Elie, Martin Elie and one sister, Dianne Richardson (Grimes). She is survived by one grandson, Jordan Shuman; son-in-law, Chris Shuman (Kristen); one brother, Melvin Elie; one sister, Lee Ann Clark; numerous nieces and nephews. Per her wishes, there will be no service held at this time.
