Carol A Harper, 71, of Panama City, passed away on October 11, 2024. She was born August 8, 1953 in Lakewood, Ohio to Clarence and Audrey Fowler. She was a retired Registered Nurse. She was a devoted Christian and loved Lynn Haven Methodist Church. She adored her dogs.  She was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her two children, Lesley Harper and Christopher Harper; and sister, Cynthia Fowler. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 10 a.m. in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Terry Tatum officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 9 to 10 a.m. one hour prior to service time. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the Lynn Haven Methodist Church in memory of Carol A. Harper.
