Carmen Michael Santoli, 87, of Panama City, FL passed away on Thursday, July 1, 2021. He was born on January 25, 1934 in Newark, NJ. He was a retired Educator at Gulf Coast State College. Mike assisted many along their career paths and effected many lives as the Director of Cooperative Education at the University of Florida and G.C.C.C. He is survived by his wife, Holly Santoli; three children, Mark Santoli, Deena Santoli Freed (Robbie), Ray Santoli; two grandchildren, Austin Freed, Lauren Freed; one brother, Richard Santoli (Anna). There will be no services held at this time.
