Carlton Wallace “C.W.” Mauldin, 94, of Panama City, passed away on Sunday, May 3, 2026 in his home. He was born November 15, 1931 in Quincy, Florida. He was the retired owner of A-1 Dry Cleaners. He was a longtime member of the Immanuel Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his wife of 68 years, Joyce Ann Mauldin; his father, Leon Roscoe Mauldin, mother, Forrest Hill Mauldin and his stepmother, Lola Mae Mauldin, three brothers, Leon Mauldin, Jimmy Mauldin, Hill Mauldin; three sisters, Mattie Lay, Jean Mauldin and Betty Sewell. He is survived by three daughters, Pam Cutchin (Rudy), Carla Moore (Jim), Penny Putman (Tim); five grandchildren, Nathan Cutchin (Kelly), Katie Cutchin, Ethan Putman, Forrest (Jo) Putman, Wyatt Putman; two great grandchildren, Zoe Stalcup, Connor Cutchin and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, May 6, 2026 at 1 p.m. in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 12 noon-1 p.m. prior to the service. Entombment will follow in the Evergreen Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be his sons-in-law and grandsons. In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorial donations be made to Gold Coast Down Syndrome Organization, 7300 N.
