CARL PHILLIP SWEIGARD
Carl Phillip Sweigard, 49, of Panama City, died Sunday, May 21, 2006 at his home. He was born on June 28, 1956 in England and had been a lifelong resident of Panama City. He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church. He served in the U.S. Army. Mr. Sweigard was preceded in death by his parents, Roy and Opal Sweigard. He is survived by his sister, Elke Perna and her husband George, and his nephews, Brian Perna and Kevin Perna. A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday at Forest Lawn Cemetery with Rev. Wesley Toncre officiating.
