Byron Sunderland Paul Jr., 87, of Panama City, died Wednesday, December 17, 2008 in his home. He was born in Oxen Hill, Maryland in1921. He served in the U.S. Coast Guard during World War II. He was a retired cartographer with the U.S. Government. He was preceded in death by his wife, Marion Paul. He is survived by 2 children, Byron Paul III of Colorado; Cindy Huber of Kansas; 2 grandchildren, Andrea Paul, Jonathan Huber and wife, Leah; and 2 great grandchildren, Austin Huber and Tyler Huber. Private family services will be held.
