Brian Richard Williams, 41, of Panama City, passed away on Thursday, November 7, 2019. He was born in Panama City on October 2, 1978. He was a 1997 Bay High School graduate. He was a avid fisherman and a phenomenal soccer player. He was a millwright with Texas Local Union 2232. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Carolyn and Bill Wood and Myrtle and Gene Williams. He is survived by his parents, Richard and Lynn Williams; one sister, Ashley Pietro (Tommy), one nephew, Tyler Pietro. As per Brian's wishes there will be no memorial service. His cremains will be interred in a memorial fishing reef off Mexico Beach. When the reef is set all family and friends will be invited to the site to say our goodbyes and do what Brian loved best-FISH!
