Brian Scott Mobley, 47, of Panama City Beach, FL, passed away on Tuesday, February 1, 2022. Brian loved sports and serving his community, demonstrated by his service as a youth and high school referee and umpire in Georgia and Florida for over 20 years. Deeply devoted to his faith, he served as a deacon and youth pastor at his church, working primarily with children and teens. He was preceded in death by his father Randy Mobley, and infant daughters Brandalyn Faith & Savanna Hope Mobley. He is survived by his wife, Christi Mobley, son, Jordan Mobley, and mother Joyce Mobley, all of Panama City Beach, sister, Cyndi (Brian) Gardner of Suwanee, GA, two nephews, Peyton Bass and Parker Gardner of Suwanee, GA, aunts, Jackie McClendon (Ed), Vickie (Hal) Rey, Kathy (Daniel) Samples, father-in-law Tony (Kim) Jordan, and many cousins and loving friends. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, February 5, 2022, at 2 p.m. in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel. Family will receive friends from 1-2 p.m., prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to his son Jordan's educational account at SunTrust Bank on 23 rd Street in Panama City, FL.
