Bobby Lamar Outlaw, 73, of Panama City, FL passed away on Saturday, June 3, 2017. He was born on April 29, 1944 in Geneva County, AL to Oram Bishop Outlaw and Martha Elizabeth Outlaw. He was a member of Forest Park United Methodist Church. He and his wife Sandra recently celebrated their 52 ^nd wedding anniversary this past April. He was preceded in death by, his parents; and his sister, Carol June Stafford. Bobby is survived by his wife, Sandra; four sons, Robert Lamar Outlaw (Michelle), Richard Lewis Outlaw, Steven Eric Outlaw, Kevin Morgan Outlaw; three grandchildren, Robert James Outlaw, Rachael Nicole Outlaw, Alyssa Brooke Outlaw; numerous nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 17, 2017 at 10 am in the Forest Park United Methodist Church. Officiating will be Dr. John C. Friedman. The family will receive friends at the church from 9-10 am prior to the service.
