Bobby Ray Davis, 84, born May 23, 1939 went to his heavenly home with the Lord on Friday April 12, 2024.

He is preceded in death by his father, Ira Burl Davis Sr; mother and step father, Ray and Evelyn Hatcher, and brother, Ira Burl Davis Jr. He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Judy Davis; his three sons, Todd Davis (Suzanne), Craig Thompson (Jill), and Nathan Davis; two grandsons, Dawson Davis, Beau Thompson; his three sisters, Gwen BenMaor (Norman), Sandra Sansbury (Don) and Susan Williams (Ted).

He was a United States Air Force Veteran of 8 years. He retired from Gulf Power after 32 years of service as a Substation Electrician. He was a faithful member of Grace Baptist Church for over 50 years.

There will be a Graveside service on Thursday, April 18, 2024 at 11 a.m. at Forest Lawn Cemetery, 2403 Harrison Avenue.
