Billy "Bill" Ross Hutto, 74, of Panama City Beach, passed away on Saturday, October 17, 2020 in his home.  He was born August 26, 1946 in Ariton, Alabama.  He was a retired attorney with Hutto & Bodiford Law Office.  He loved his family, work, traveling and Auburn football.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Jack & Florrie Hutto.  He is survived by three children, Ross Hutto, Haley Hutto, Lillianna Hutto; grandson, Justus Hutto; two brothers, Jack Hutto, Joe Hutto; sister, Barbara Hutto Glover and numerous nieces and nephews. A private family service will be held at a later date.  In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorial donations be made to Anchorage Children's Home, 2121 Lisenby Ave., Panama City, FL 32405 in memory of Bill Hutto.
