Billy Doyle, 83, of Panama City, FL passed away on Wednesday, September 27, 2023. He was born on July 9, 1940 in Vicksburg, MS. He spent his career in law enforcement, retiring from the Mississippi Highway Patrol and the Panama City Police Department. He was a dedicated member of First Baptist Church of Panama City.

Billy is survived by his wife of 35 years, Lisa Kirk. Per his wishes there will be no services held at this time.
