Billy Gene Blount III, 29 of Panama City Beach, FL, passed away unexpectedly in his home on Wednesday, December 23, 2020.

He was born on May 31, 1991 in Panama City, FL.  He was employed as a Charter Boat Captain at Treasure Island Marina, Panama City Beach, FL and was an avid fisherman and hunter.  He loved spending time with his family, friends and his dog, Myra.

He is survived by his daughter, Marina Mae Blount; his parents, Billy and Drema Blount; siblings, Stacie Blount (Brian Gibson), Bess Blount, Alex Blount; nephew, Fisher Lee Gibson; aunts and uncles, Gayla Harrah, Steve Harrah (Terry), Paula Chandler (Mark), Sandra Hand, Elaine Farmer (Terry), Bobby Blount; and a host of other relatives and close friends.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Kristopher Steven Blount, and grandparents, Billy G. Blount, Sr. and Thelma Blount; Wilbert and Bessie Harrah.

There will be a viewing on Thursday, December 31, 2020 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.  Service immediately following at 12 noon at Wilson Funeral Home, 214 Airport Rd, Panama City, FL  32405.
