BILLIE E. MORGAN

Billie E. Morgan of Panama City Beach passed on peacefully at home Sunday Nov12. She was born in Mankins, Texas Jan. 27 1926 and lived in Panama City Beach for 38 years. Billie was wife to the late Rhonel E. Morgan and a graduate of Jasper High School in Jasper, TX. She was a member of Hombre Bridge Club and Women's Civic and Bridge Clubs of Panama City Beach. She spent her life as an affectionate and passionate fun loving person. She is survived by her sons Woody Morgan, his wife Gwyn of Tallahassee, Wendell Morgan of Panama City Beach, and Brad Parrish of Panama City, her grandchildren Sean and Jessica Morgan, their mother Morgan Patterson of Tallahassee, brothers George and Gentry Griffis of Tampa, and sister, Ginger Moore of the Florida Keys. Billie had many special friends: Maxine Mahone, Amy McCormick, Pat Ayers, Denise and Jay Clark, Berniece and Ricky Horn, Karon Conrad and other friends and bonus kids too numerous to list. A memorial service will be held at 2 P.M. Saturday November 18, at St. Thomas by the Sea Episcopal Church, located at First Avenue and Wisteria Lane in Laguna Beach. In lieu of flowers please make donations to the American Cancer Society.
