Billie Jane Jackson, 91, of Panama City Beach, passed away on Wednesday, July 15, 2020.  She was born February 25, 1929 in Miami, Florida and had been a resident of Panama City Beach since 1991.  She was a retired registered nurse and was a member of the St. Andrew Baptist Church.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Lamar Jackson; parents, William Harris Scroggins & Martha Elizabeth Scroggins and a brother, Cecil Hogg.  She is survived by a daughter, Davita Sanchez (Rick); son, David Jackson; grandson, James Sanchez and a brother, Jack Scroggins (Gloria).  Visitation and graveside services will be held in Miami, Florida with interment in the Woodlawn Park Cemetery South.
