Bibiana Neal, 78, of Panama City, died February 16, 2008 in a local hospital. She was retired from West Florida Gas. She was born August 1, 1929 in Indianapolis, Indiana to Henry Ellsworth and Mildred Darmody Neal. She was an artist and loved to make ceramics. She was also a gemologist. She was a member of the Gem and Mineral Society and also the Visual Arts Alliance. She is survived by her brother, Tom Neal and wife Alicia of Naples, Florida, nephew, Steve Neal and wife Jacki of Delmar, California, niece, Karen Menke and husband Errol of Tampa, Florida, nephew, Henry Neal and wife Teri of Alpharetta, Georgia and Jennifer Neal of Duluth, Georgia and good friend, Janis Green of Panama City. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in Evergreen Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday from 10 to 11 a.m. Those desiring to may make a contribution to the American Heart Association, 205 Forest Park Circle, Panama City, Florida 32405 in memory of Bibiana Neal.
