Betty Louise Swandol, 76, of Panama City, FL passed away peacefully Saturday, October 26, 2013. Betty spent her life as a loving mother and devoted wife. She was a faithful member of Callaway Baptist Church.

Mrs. Swandol is survived by her one daughter, Dianna Melton and husband, Robert, of Panama City Beach; two sons Frederick Swandol and fiancé Sara Davila, of Panama City; Robert Swandol and his wife, Janet, of Tallahassee; one brother, Steve Watson and family of Eustis, FL; three grandchildren, Robert Bailey, Tony Swandol, and Conner Swandol; and extended family and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Noble "Blackie" Swandol; and parents, Sara and Hebert Watson.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. on Wednesday, October 30, 2013 at Wilson Funeral Home.

The family would like to extend thanks to St Andrews Bay Rehabilitation Center and Covenant Hospice for their care during Betty's final days. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in Betty's name to Covenant Hospice at 107 W 19th St, Panama City, FL 32405.
