Betty Jean Sullivan, 87, of Panama City, FL passed away on Wednesday, February 18, 2026. She was born on March 20, 1938 in Chipley, FL to James and Rosie Brown. She and her husband, Max were retired business owners having worked in the drywall, crane service and outdoor advertising fields. She was a member of Hiland Park Baptist Church where she had taught 2nd grade Sunday School for over 20 years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Max Sullivan and her parents. She is survived by two children, Danny Sullivan (Glenda), Janet Lynn Moore; granddaughter, Kasey Russell (Bowen); brother, James Brown Jr. (Vicky) and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, February 24, 2026 at 12 noon in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Carl Fondren officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 11-12 pm prior to the service. Interment will follow in the Evergreen Memorial Gardens. Those desiring may make memorial donations to the Building Fund at Hiland Park Baptist Church in memory of Betty Jean Sullivan.
