Betty Lee Bailey Domangue, 85, of Lynn Haven, FL passed away on Wednesday, February 15, 2023. She was born on November 4, 1937 to Rev. & Mrs. J.H. Lee. She was an active member of First Baptist Church of Panama City. She was a dedicated Christian Lady who loved God. She was a retired Bay County Teacher who touched many lives. She attended FSU & Troy University. Also, she owned a music store. She taught piano and organ lessons and played the piano and the organ at church and sang in the church choir. She also played piano for the Panama City Rotary Club and for many weddings and funerals. She loved to travel and see God's beautiful world. She loved and lived life to its fullest. She will be missed by all. She is survived by her husband, Dickie Domangue; a son, David Lee Judah; three stepchildren and six grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, February 21, 2023 at 11 AM in the First Baptist Church of Panama City. Interment will follow in the Garden of Memories Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church from 10-11 AM prior to the service. Honorary pallbearers will be members of the LLL Sunday School Class, active and retired school teachers, former students, WMU and members of the Rotary Club of Panama City.
