Beatrice "Bea" Russell Boyette, 93, of Panama City, passed away April 22, 2024. She was born April 18, 1931 in Geneva, Alabama. She was a retired supervisor for the Tax Collectors office. She was preceded in death by her parents, Houston and Blondell Russell; husband, Billy Fayla Boyette; and son, Michael Allen Boyette. She is survived by two daughters, Fayla Thomas (Bert) and Peggy Welch (Tommy); 8 grandchildren, and 12 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 1 p.m. in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12 to 1 p.m. on Thursday. Interment will follow at Evergreen Memorial Gardens.
