BARUYR HAIGAZ TEZEL

Baruyr Haigaz Tezel, 81, of Panama City Beach, died Saturday, January 20, 2007 in his home. He was a retired Ballroom Dance Instructor in Europe and also a Photo Retoucher in New York City. He had been a resident here since 1998, moving here from New York City. He was a member of the Armenian Apostolic Church of New York City. He is survived by his wife, Anjel Sarkissian Tezel of Panama City Beach, daughter, Linda, of Istanbul, Turkey, daughter, Rita, of Oropu, Greece, step-son, Nigoghos Tomlacki of Panama City Beach, step-daughter, Irma Akmanoglu of Paris, France, cousins, Astrid Bogosian and Deana V. Atenian, both of Panama City, Sonia Bogosian-Kesaian and Seda Marie Kesaian. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 10 a.m. in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with Father Mushegh Kaloustian of New York City officiating. Interment will follow in the Greenwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m. Those desiring to may make a contribution to the St. Illuminators Armenian Apostolic Church, 221 East 27th Street, New York, New York 10016 for the Armenian Orphans in memory of Baruyr Haigaz Tezel.
