Bart Allen Pettibone, 41, of Panama City Beach, went home to be with his beloved mother and Jesus on Thursday, May 19, 2022. He is waiting for us with a big smile. He was born August 5, 1980 in Columbus, Ohio. He was the owner and general contractor of BML Construction Company. He was preceded in death by his mother, Tressa Durrett Pettibone, grandmother, Marilyn Pettibone; grandfathers, Robert Pettibone and Richard Durrett. He is survived by his wife, Tiffany Pettibone; three children, Brooklyn, Max, Lily; father Kevin Pettibone and his wife Leigh; in-laws Bob and Marion Zeiner, two brothers, Austin Pettibone and Kevin Pettibone; two sisters, Kaylee Pettibone and Blythe Pettibone Carpenter; two nieces, Tressa and Braelyn; grandmother, Esther Durrett; uncles, Trent Pettibone and Brent Pettibone; aunts, Tonia Durrett Lawless, Janice Zeimer, Sherry Estep and Jami McComas; special cousin, Heather Nagvanshi; and many lifelong friends. Bart will be dearly missed by so many, and none of us will be able to remember him without thinking about his passion for The Ohio State Buckeyes! Bart was also a master poker player who made it to the World Series of Poker Tournament in Las Vegas. The family will receive friends at the Wilson Funeral Home on Wednesday from 5-7 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, May 26, 2022 at 11 a.m. at Emerald Coast Fellowship Church with Dr. Steve Taylor officiating.
