Barry William Ross II, beloved son, brother, nephew, uncle, cousin and friend, went home to the Lord on September 26, 2021. He was preceded in death by grandparents Raymond and Betty Jean Ross and Raymond and Betty Steinbrecher, and uncle Kenneth S. Ross. He is survived by his parents, Barry and Robin Ross, sister Amy and brother in law Jeremy Myers, niece Ella and nephew Mac, Uncle Raymond and wife Maricel Steinbrecher, cousins Lauren Ross and Raymond and Julia Steinbrecher, and too many special friends to name. He was 42.

Barry graduated from Rutherford High School (IB Program) Class of '98 and the University of Florida. He sold real estate in Panama City Beach and in Hilton Head, SC. He was a manager of the Boar's Head Restaurant for many years where he greeted and catered to the needs of countless hundreds of friends and customers. Since Hurricane Michael he has been selling real estate full time for Beachy Beach Real Estate.

He will be affectionately remembered for his exuberant personality, his giant sense of humor, and his generous heart.  And also for his signature "Love Machines", his sometime Italian accent, his lifelong infatuation with Clappers, his great enjoyment of golfing, fishing and boating, his demonstrated enthusiasm for the Florida Gators, and always cheating at Monopoly.

A memorial service will be held at First United Methodist Church on Monday, October 4, at 2:00 p.m.  The family will receive visitors at the Church beginning at noon.
