BARBARA HARVEY SOWELL
Barbara Harvey Sowell, 66, of Panama City, passed away Thursday, July 30, 2009 at Glencove Nursing Pavilion. She was born May 16, 1943 in Montgomery, West Virginia to Carmel and Marcella Harvey. She had been a resident of Panama City for over 40 years, moving from Chicago, Illinois. She was a secretary for Sowell Aviation Company. She is survived by her son, Curtis McKinney; two daughters, Marcey Green, Jadonn Sowell; five grandchildren, Barbara Green, Bailey Green, Jaime Green, Bo Green, Sadie Moore; sister, Chee Chee Seymour; two brothers, Clyde Harvey, Bob Harvey and numerous nieces, nephews and the Sowell Family. A memorial service will be held on Saturday at 10:30 a.m. in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 9:30 – 10:30 a.m. prior to the service. Those desiring may make memorial donations to Glencove Nursing Pavilion, 1027 E. Business Hwy 98, Panama City, FL 32401 in memory of Barbara Harvey Sowell.
