Barbara Jean Kania, 81, passed to her heavenly home on November 17, 2016. She was born May 30, 1935 to Harold and Betty Agans Wells. Barbara loved her family and grandchildren, and collected bird and light houses as her hobby. She is preceded in death by her parents, and her husband, James Kania.

She leaves to cherish her memory, sons, John Charles Kania (Dawn), Allentown, New Jersey, David Arthur Kania, (Pamela), Southport, Florida. Daughter, Beth Ann LaChance (Steve), Chandler, Arizona. Sisters: Roberta Mae Nay, Panama City Beach, Beverly Anna Potter (Arthur) Panama City Beach, Florida. Grandchildren: Shawn LaChance, Alex Kania, Emily Kania, Tessa Kania, Hannah Kania, Mollee Kania. She also leaves a host of nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be at the First Baptist Church Chapel located at 640 Grace Avenue, Panama City FL, Saturday 11/19/2016 at 2:00pm with Wilson Funeral Home in charge. There will be no viewing but family will be at the chapel 1 hr before the service.
