Barbara "Charlene" Horton, 77, of Panama City, FL passed away on Thursday, August 15, 2019. She was born on May 5, 1942 in Panama City, FL. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry "Joe" Horton; one son, Darrell Stanley Horton; her parents, Thomas and Eva Aplin. She is survived by four children, Harriett Lemieux (Ricky), Delbert Horton (Debbie), David Horton (Nancy), Doug Horton; thirteen grandchildren, Mandy Horton Webster (David), Randy Lemieux, Tommy Horton (Stevie), Tiffany Lemieux, Ashley Horton, D.T. Horton (Sam), Christina Addy (Stephen), Darrell Lee Horton (Chrissy), Darrell Stanley Horton, Trevor Horton, Zac Eller, Josh Horton, Michael Horton; fifteen great grandchildren, Alyssa Webster, Brittany Webster, Caden Lemieux, Jaycob Horton, Elijah Horton, Kailyer Horton, Mason Horton, Camryn Webster, Amelia Thomas, Brooks Addy, Hayden Horton, Brelynn Horton, Cooper Horton, Mary Blake Addy, Emma Horton; five siblings, Edward Davidson, Cherry Hunt (Joe Pat), Linda Gail Simmones, Peggy Allon (Charlie), Judy Habaj (Joe); numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Monday, August 19, 2019 at 10 am at the St. Andrew Assembly of God Church with Rev. John Broome and Darrell Lee Horton officiating. Interment will follow in the Millville Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Sunday, August 18, 2019 from 6-8 pm at Wilson Funeral Home.
