Barbara Walker Gainous was born December 19, 1929 in Ozark, Alabama. She passed away on August 14, 2019 in Pensacola, Florida at the age of 89.

Barbara lived in Ozark until the early 1960s, then moved to Panama City where she met her husband of 53 years. She initially worked as personal secretary for K.E. The family wishes to especially thank the nurses and staff at Glen Cove Healthcare in Panama City and Rosewood Healthcare in Pensacola, along with the caring nurses and staff at Covenant Hospice in both cities.
