Barbara Gwenette Tubbs Dolly, 68, of Panama City Beach, FL passed away on Monday, October 3, 2016. She was born September 29, 1948 in Birmingham, Alabama to James Edsel & Bobbie Jean Tubbs. She was a member of the Amvets Post 47, and a lifetime member of the American Legion and the V.F.W. She was preceded in death by her husband, MSGT (Ret) James Dolly Jr.  She is survived by six children, Lori Vandall (Tammy Merrill); Sandra Johnson, Jami Carden (Misty); Charles Dolly (Jill), John Dolly (Laura), Amie Hunt; thirteen  grandchildren, Charles Patrick Dolly, Matthew Dolly, Elizabeth Dolly, Sarah Dolly, Sam Hauck, Jacey Hauck, Danica Vandall-Merrill, Ceara Valley, Danielle Shumaker, Douglas Boles, Ashley Lambert (Christopher); Andrew Jones, Emily Carden, 4 great grandchildren, best friends, Rosemary Moffett, Rosemary Chamberlain, Jim, Todd, Jay, Ari Stone-Sargent. A celebration of life will be held Sunday at 2 pm at the Amvets Post #47, 8317 Front Beach Road, Suite 14, Panama City Beach. Those desiring may make memorial donations to the American Cancer Society or Amvets Post#47.
