Tony had an adventure spirit from his first day on earth. His parents Nannette and Vance White were gifted with his very loud energy that was to follow his entire life. From a young age, Tony was a comedian and delighted in making everyone laugh and smile with him which was a true calling that few folks can offer to the world. Growing older and working alongside his dad building things and making equipment repairs, Tony had the knack to fix just about any device. Many times we would hear others comment "He can fix anything." Tony's happiest times were with family and friends accomplishing feats of daring whether it be on water skis or swinging from the cliffs at Cable Hill, dropping in the spring waters below. As always we could expect a huge smile and a great story of adventure. His hobbies and life were devoted to almost anything dealing with the outdoors and life around rivers, creeks, bays and the Gulf of Mexico. Trained as a life guard, Tony watched the swimmers very carefully and reacted to prevent tragedy for others. Quote from Tony "You don't need a great deal of money to live a happy and fun life." However, in between fun life events Tony was a terrific painter and partner in building sea walls and boat docks as well as being a commercial fisherman as was his great great grandfather. There are too many family and friends to mention individually, other than Mom and Dad, sister Tina (Tim), aunts/uncles, nieces/nephew, great nieces/nephews, special friend (April) and her mom (Debbie). Family welcoming Tony to his new life: Bennie White, Granny Gladyce Kelly, Grama Kelly Vance White Sr., PawPaw Donald Pitman, Unka Don Nannette Pitman, Aunt Nannie Nell White, Aunt Nellie Pam Hatton, Aunt Pam Gene Mumford, Brother-n-law. We will patiently wait to hear of his latest adventure and paving the way for us to follow.
