Annie "Ann" Sue Maloy Lacey, 83, of Panama City, passed away on Wednesday, July 29, 2020.  She was born September 17, 1936 in Panama City and had been a lifelong resident of the area.  She was a retired secretary at the Naval Coastal System Station.  She was a member of First Presbyterian Church, the Junior Service League and the Junior Woman's Club where she was a Past President.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Malcolm Lacey; her parents, Aubrey & Willie Maloy; a brother, Bill Maloy and sister-in-law, Joyce Maloy.  She is survived by a daughter, Nancy Bane Kruse (Mike); son, Tim Bane; two grandchildren, Taylor Bane, Summer Bane; brother, Dr. Roy Maloy (Edie) and several nieces and nephews.  A private family funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 6, 2020.  Interment will follow in the Forest Lawn Cemetery. A celebration of life service will be held at a later date.
