MRS. ELIZABETH GRESHAM LINDSEY

Mrs. Elizabeth Gresham Lindsey, passed away Friday, December 22, 2006 at Bay Medical Center in Panama City, Florida of complications of a stroke. She was born July 9, 1932 to John Roy and Frances Eliza Jones Gresham. She was born and raised in Buckhead, Georgia and later moved to Dunwoody, Georgia. Mrs. Lindsey was a medical office manager for several years in Atlanta, Georgia before retiring with her husband to Seagrove Beach in 1998. She was also an avid gardener. She is survived by her husband of 53 years George Clark Lindsey of Atlanta, Georgia and Seagrove Beach, Florida, son, John Clark Lindsey and wife Catherine Gardner of Marietta, Georgia, daughter, Laura Lindsey Johnson and husband Timothy Carl of Woodstock, Georgia, son, George Patrick Lindsey of Dunwoody, Georgia, 3 grandchildren, Abby Johnson Hughes and husband Chris, Amy Elaine Johnson and Lindsey Ann Johnson. A memorial service will be held Friday at 11 a.m. CST at Eden Gardens State Park on County Road 395 in Point Washington, Florida.
