Annette Berla Moates Sasser, 80, of Chipley, FL passed away on Wednesday, December 21, 2022. She was born on June 15, 1942 in Panama City, FL to Buress and Beatrice Moates and was a descendent of early settlers of the Panama City area. She was a retired Nurse Practitioner who practiced public health nursing for over 30 years.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Edward Sasser, Sr. and her parents. She was survived by three sons, Roy Edward Sasser, Jr., Kevin Patrick Sasser, Richard Keith Sasser, and her grandchildren, Taylor Sasser and Tylor Sasser.  Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, December 28, 2022 at 2 pm in the Evergreen Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the cemetery from 1:30-2 pm prior to the service.
