Annell G. Pylant, 73, of Panama City, FL passed away on Sunday, November 13, 2022. She was born on August 25, 1949 in Panama City, FL. She worked for Bay County Chamber of Commerce in economic development. She also worked to encourage new businesses to relocate to Bay County. She worked on movie production of "Condominium" which was filmed in Bay County and was instrumental in Stolt-Nielsen locating an office in Panama City. There will be no services held at this time.
